Wishing everyone all the best for this year. If it is anything like 2012, it will be over in a flash. I have had a nice little break from everything. I have been to Ngawha with Kyla and her family. I even got more things from Santa this year which is still weird. After spending a childhood not doing Christmas with gifts etc - it's a weird to step to suddenly get them as an adult. I have been out fishing with my brother and now own two fishing rods thanks to Kyla and Dylan.
I have been training consistently which has helped lift my mood. I haven't dropped weight because I haven't cleaned up my eating yet - but I am getting a lot of strength back which is great. As soon as this next payment comes through, I will have enough funds to clean up my diet.
I have to slowly have to start gearing up for this year in the next couple days. I have a meeting in just under two weeks regarding the Summer Research Scholarship - I need to nail this. So once again - it's my to do list:
Complete content analysis/contacts/talk to Max/SionePrint CV and take Inga to cover staffQuote surfcaster repairs- Tonga tickets
Pick up Gibfiller and paintProtein power- sigh currently broke- At
tack Postgrad reading list Keep trainingWrite more- Obtain wall planner
Anyway - gotta put this dry rub on the pork. Better get to it. Leaving with this great video about giving yourself time in the day to procrastinate - using reward incentives.
